As, A house maker I never thought that I will get a good strength at this age. But only due to the See D Difference or Santosh Mam I can make my body fit at this age .
Santosh Mam really looks like a Trainer with a good personality, energetic and very supportive woman..
Good Facilities too.

Best yoga class seen so far.
teacher is very hard working . I have seen the results in 21 days.. Environment and the crowd is also very good..
